private-bower を使うという方法もあるけど、大げさなのでhttpsのベーシック認証で軽く済ませたい。
ユーザー名とパスワードは知ってるとして my_repoを引っ張りたい場合
bower install https://username:password@github.com/username/my_repo.git
で良いっぽいけど、間違って公開してしまったらパスワード漏れるので注意が必要
