3. option(alt)押しながら選択すると矩形選択できて

4. command(ctrl)+vでペーストすると

他にも

FinderやProjectパネルからファイルを複数選択してファイル名をペーストできるから、html書いててimg連打するときも複製(command+d)とコピー(command+c)と矩形選択(alt+drag)とペースト(command+v)で完結する。
こんなシチュエーションではコロンでそろえるコードスタイルは偉大。
