Windows10のL2TP/IPsec VPNで認証プロトコルにMS-CHAPv2を使いたい

Windows 8.1までは「ネットワークと共有センター」から「アダプターの設定の変更」を選ぶとVPNの接続プロファイルが表示されたので、そのプロパティの「セキュリティ」タブで「次のプロトコルを許可する」を選択することで、MS-CHAPv2を有効にできた。

Windows 10ではなぜかこの方法が使えないので、PowerShellからコマンドレットを叩く。
