docker-machine upgradeするときの注意点 vagrant と busybox を使用している場合

概要

docker-machineを使ってvagrant busyboxで作った環境に対して

docker-machine upgrade busyboxのマシン

を、実行すると、home以下なども更新されて、ファイルが無くなる。
homeいがいも/usr/loca/binの下もなかった。

対策

必要なものはバックアップをとる

なぜこのようなことになったか。

docker 1.9.0 の環境で

docker-machine help

を実行した時に、以下のように書いてあったので、dockerだけバージョンがあがあるのかと思った。
