今まで Finder 拡張として XtraFinder を使っていたのだが、以下の記事を見てOS X 10.11 “El Capitan” では使えないらしい事がわかった。

SIPの詳しい話はともかく手元に Forklift はあったので試しているが、他にもありそうだなと思い代替品をググってみた。
なお、どれもまだ試してはいない。

Commander OneとPathFinderを試してみた。前提としてFinderを置き換えられるオプションが欲しかったので、"完全にFinderを置き換えることのできる" PathFinderをお試し期間利用している。
CommanderOneはどちらかというとFTPクライアント、そういったファイラーの文脈にある使いごこちで、前述のオプションも見当たらないため Forkliftと同じくFinder代替としては求めているものではなかった。「◦◦を標準のファイラーとして使用する」、の様なオプションがOSXのどこかにあるのだろうか？今一度確認はしてみたい。
Commander One
OS X 10.11に対応している拡張ではなく代替アプリ。現在、TotalFinder ユーザー向けに50%OFFキャンペーンを実施してる。＄30が＄15。
そもそも TotalFinder の代替品として開発をしていたとか。
機能は十二分っぽくて良さそう。

El Capitanに対応していて、こちらも拡張ではなく代替アプリ。クーポンコード"TOTALFINDER "を入力すると50%OFFらしい。＄40が＄20。
詳しくは知らないが、古参のアプリらしいし、ぽい。

備考
代替アプリが通常のFinderと同じように、「フォルダを開いたら起動」してくれるなら、選択肢は多いので楽しく選べそうだ。
