has_secure_password validations: false
として、バリデーションのエラーをでないようにします。
これだと、passwordのバリデーションが掛からないので、
validates :password, presence: true, length: {minimum: 8}
こんな感じでpasswordのバリデーションを自分で書いてあげれば、おｋ。
