以前やったMongoDBにCSVから大量のデータを流し込むではINSERTのみの処理だったわけですが今回upsert(findOneAndUpdate)を大量にbulkWriteする機会がありまして作ってみたら超遅かったので自戒をこめてメモ
filterに指定してるフィールド、インデックスはってるか？
はい、考えてみればごくごく当たり前な原因でした(´・ω・｀)
1回ごとにコレクションなめてたらそりゃね・・・
