.viminfoのパーミッションがおかしくなってて権限がなかっただけでした

ちなみに同一ファイル内であれば.viminfoのヤンク＆ペーストは可能。ヤンクしてファイルを閉じるタイミングで.viminfoに永続化されるんだが、そこで権限なくてエラーってことですね
