Chefで
tar xf archive-1.0.0.tar.gz -C /var/www/html
mv /var/www/html/archive-1.0.0 /var/www/html/archive
みたいなことをやろうと思うと ruby_block とか出てきてつらいので調べた。
tar xf archive-1.0.0.tar.gz -C /var/www/html --strip=1
