WindowsパッケージマネージャーScoopでEmacsを使う #Git

Windowsのパッケージマネージャといえば Chocolateyがあって、便利なんですがパッケージのメンテナンスがめんどくさいようで、せっかく入れてもバージョンが古いから新しいのを手動で入れるはめになったりすることが多くて結局使わなくなってたんですよ。

Emacsの入れ方

なんか色々説明しようかと思ったんですが、この記事をEmacs入れながら書いてて、つまりEmacsがない環境で書いてるので非常に文字が打ちづらくてストレス貯まるのでやり方だけ書いときます。

PS C:\Users\ironsand> scoop install emacs
couldn't find manifest for emacs

「ないっすよEmacsとか」と言われるので検索してみるとExtraパック使うといいらしい。GUIが必要なのはExtraに入ってるんだって。EmacsにGUIが必要とかいうと石が飛んできそうだけど、いりますよねGUI？ Windowsで使うなら。

PS C:\Users\ironsand> scoop bucket add extras

PS C:\Users\ironsand> scoop install git
...
PS C:\Users\ironsand> scoop install emacs

To get Git to recognise OpenSSH, you will need to run

scoop install openssh

今度はOpenSSH入れろって言われる。はじめに言っといてくださいよ。
