末尾のセミコロンのエスケープの仕方がLinuxやMacと違うので注意しましょう。
find ./* -type d -exec zip -qr "{}.zip" "./{}" ";"
zipコマンド自体はscoopを使って入れてます。scoopはとても便利なのでみなさんぜひ使いましょう！
