Xcode6.1です。

順番はこんな感じで
・インチ数（iTunes Connect中）
・シミュレータ名（Xcode中）
・サイズ（縦 × 横）

4.7インチ
iPhone 6
750 × 1334

5.5インチ
iPhone 6 Plus
1242 × 2208

4インチ
iPhone 5
640 × 1136

3.5インチ
iPhone 4s
640 × 960

iPad
iPad 2（これで審査通るがこれで最適かは不明）
768 × 1024（これで審査通るがこれで最適かは不明）
