ApiAppのブレードを開いて出てきた要点の中のAPI app hostの青色リンクをクリック。（セキュリティのためリンクはペイントで消してあります）
出てきた設定のブレードのカスタムドメインをクリック
あとは説明を見ながらでおけー。
