Vagrant + rsync でエラー出た時の対処方法

Vagrant + rsync

opensshをGitと一緒にインストールした環境で、
rsyncを使おうとしたらエラーが出た

この時、rsyncはcygwinでインストールしたのが悪かったらしい
git、openssh、rsyncをすべてcygwinでインストールしたら解消した。
