StoryBoardで作成する場合は下記のような構造で組めば良い。
rootViewControllerをNavigationControllerにすると、実行時に一見うまくいってるように見えるが、
実際には各UIViewControllerで追加したNavigation Itemの設定が反映されないので注意。
