val()で値を変更してもchangeイベントは発火しない
$('#hoge-form').find('input[type="text"]').val('12345');
値を変更してchangeイベントを発火させたい場合はchange()をつかう
$('#hoge-form').find('input[type="text"]').val('12345').change();
