1 計算の実行

実行ボタンが押されると、クラウド上にインスタンスが立ち上がります。通常は以下の作業を行います。

  • インスタンス立ち上げ
  • HPCクラスタの構築
  • アプリケーションのコピー(インストール)
  • Rescale Storage から InputFile を計算ノードにCopy

2 stdout の確認

HPCクラスタがクラウド上に構築されると、計算がスタートします。同時にログ等をブラウザ上から確認できるようになります。

2.1 サーバの起動確認

もし、ログアウト後や、違う画面に遷移後であれば、以下の操作でこの画面を表示してください。

  1. 画面左上の”ジョブ”をクリック
  2. JOBの一覧で対象となる実行中ジョブの ”ジョブ名” をクリック
  3. 画面右側 “ステータス” のタブをクリック

2.2 標準出力(=process_output.log)の確認

標準出力の内容は、'process_output.log' にファイルとして保存されています。
そのため、計算中の状態を確認するには、このファイルを見るようにしましょう。
