ddコマンドのプロセスはSIGUSR1を受け取ると現在の進捗と速度(MB/sec)を標準エラー出力に出力する。
pidof dd | xargs kill -USR1
MacOS Xの場合はSIGUSR1ではなくSIGINFOで同様のことができる。
また、Ctrl+Tを入力するだけでも同様に進捗を表示してくれる。
pidof dd | xargs kill -INFO
