TensorFlowをpipで入れるときにPyUnicodeUCS4_FromStringAndSizeでつまづいた

PyUnicodeUCS4_FromStringAndSizeでググってもあまり出てこなかったのでメモ
pyenv及びanyenv環境の人はこれにはまるかも。

pythonのコンパイルオプションに--enable-unicode=ucs4を指定してやれば良いみたい。

$ PYTHON_CONFIGURE_OPTS="--enable-unicode=ucs4" pyenv install 2.7.10

解決。
