いろんなところの説明だと
eclipse with-source=true
すれば勝手にやってくれるとあるが、なぜか自分の環境ではできなかった。
その場合は、
{$Playインストールパス}/framework/src
を自力で紐付けてみるとちゃんと表示される。
これで良いかはわからない。
