gitのblameには行数指定のオプション-Lがあるけど、svnにはないっぽい。
仕方ないのでこんな感じで力技。
# 5行目から10行目
svn praise hoge.txt | awk 'NR >= 5 && NR <= 10'
# 行番号表示したいなら
svn praise hoge.txt | nl | awk 'NR >= 5 && NR <= 10'
