SSHしようとするといつも40秒くらい待たされていたが、-vvvオプションをつけたところ、Kerberos認証のタイムアウト待ちになっていることがわかった。/etc/sshd/ssh_configを以下のように設定して解決。
/etc/sshd/ssh_config

# コメントアウトを解除
GSSAPIAuthentication no
(snip)
