Windows 10でAtomがインスコできない件

状況

Windows 10にアップデートしたらAtomが行方不明になった
まあ再インストールすんべとインストーラをダウンロードして起動するもスプラッシュが出てからすぐ落ちるような状態

結論

環境変数%TEMP%に入ってるディレクトリのテンポラリファイルを消せる範囲で全消しすればOK
もしアップデート前にアンインストールしてない状態なら再インストール後にパッケージなどの設定もそのまま残ってる
