slack の /remind 機能まとめや公式のhelpの説明には無いですがちゃっかり隔週もできます
隔週指定
every other 曜日
例 : 隔週土曜日12:55
/remind #random "隔週土曜日" at 12:55pm every other Saturday
slackのremind指定は意外に融通利きますね。
ちなみに毎月第2水曜日（every month 2nd Wednesday）試したけどevery Wednesdayになっちゃいました（残念。。
