作ろうとしている規格が本当に必要か確認。
Preparatory stage
working draft (WD)を作る。
Committee stage (option)
committee draft (CD)を作る。
Enquiry stage
draft international standard (DIS)を作る。変更がなければ、publication stageに進む。そうでなければ、approval stageに進む。
Approval stage
final draft international standard (FDIS)を作る。
