##解決方法

　Guest Additions 4.1.18 でも起きていたようです。

CentOS 6 OpenGL guest additions failed to install

$su -
#export MAKE='/usr/bin/gmake -i'
#./VBoxLinuxAdditions.run

これで通りました。
