iPhone実機と違って、Xcode→Window→Devicesで確認できませんでしたが、以下のパスに保存されていました。
/Users/User名/Library/Logs/CoreSimulator/XXXXXXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX(SimulatorのUDIDのようなもの)/system.log
※Xcode6.2、Simulator:iPhone5/5S/6、iOS7/8で確認。
