スクリプトの内容は

target=`osascript -e 'tell application "Finder" to if (count of Finder windows) > 0 then get POSIX path of (target of front Finder window as text)'`

cd "$target"
touch "$1"

中でネットから適当に拾ってきたApple Scriptを用いている．アイコンはIcons8 Liteというアプリで適当に拾ってきた．
