MacのiTerm2でOptionキーをmetaとして認識させる方法

iTerm2でEmacsやshellを操作するとき、デフォルトではOptionキーをmetaとして認識してくれませんでした。

解決方法

iTerm2のPreference -> Profiles -> keys の設定画面で、
Left Option key acts as +Esc にチェック
Right Option key acts as +Esc にチェック
