カットオフ周波数は3dB低下した周波数のことらしい。
3dB。覚えにくい。
3dBの根拠は、出力電力が1/2となる周波数らしい。

1/2からdBへの変換は 10 * log(A/B)を使って以下となる。
10 * log(1/2) = -3.0102
覚えるのは「半分となる周波数」でいい。3という中途半端な値を頑張って覚えても結局忘れる。
