Windows 10 Anniversary Update適用済
Windows7においてPDFを生成するためのプリンタドライバをインストールして使っていた。
同じものをWindows10で使おうとしたがPDF生成に失敗する。
PDF出力したときに、以下のいずれかとなる。
- ファイルが生成されない
- 生成されたファイルのサイズが0バイト

Prior to the upgrade I was using a 3rd party PDF generator as a printer driver. I think it was Nitro PDF printer driver / Primo PDF generator printer driver.
The windows 10 upgrade copied this printer driver over from the old version of windows. Windows 10 has it's own PDF generator as a printer driver. These must somehow clash, as neither worked for me.

上記はWindows 10へのアップグレードの例だが、こちらの環境では最初からWindows 10となっているPCで同じ問題が発生している。
標準のMicrosoft PDF printer driverしか使えないのは支障が出る。
AcrobatからPDF出力しようとして失敗している例もある。
